How a custom gift works

    Tell us who it’s for

    Send a name, a photo, a logo, or just a few words about the person. A rough idea is enough.

    Approve your proof

    You get a design proof with the material and size. Nothing is made until you say yes.

  3. 3

    We make it

    Most pieces are ready in 3–7 days. We ship anywhere, or you can pick up locally.

Holiday ordering questions

What’s the last day to order for Christmas?

Order by December 10 for delivery before the 25th. Local pickup can sometimes work a little later. Tell us your deadline and we’ll tell you right away if it’s doable.

Can you add a name, a photo or handwriting?

Yes. Names, dates and short messages are engraved; photos and full-colour artwork are printed with UV printing or sublimation. Handwriting from a card or a recipe can be engraved too.

Do you make corporate gifts in bulk?

Yes. There’s no minimum, bulk pricing applies to larger runs, and we keep your logo on file so reorders next year are quick.

Will I see the design before you make it?

Always. You approve a proof showing the material and sizing before anything is made.

How do I pay?

Credit and debit cards through secure Square checkout. For business orders, just ask about other arrangements.
